Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson will let keeper Ben Foster go on loan again to speed up his return to fitness.

Foster is expected to have recovered by March, after having summer knee surgery.

And Fergie is keen for him to get some first-team action before the end of the season.

Manchester United's boss has no intention of selling the player.

He wants him back at Old Trafford next season to challenge Dutchman Edwin van der Sar for the club's No1 spot.
