Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal insists Robin van Persie is at the bottom of the penalty-takers list.
The Dutch striker stepped up to the spot in United's 1-0 loss to West Bromwich Albion at home but saw his effort saved by Boaz Myhill in the 74th minute.
The penalty miss came after Wayne Rooney failed to hit the back of the net from 12 yards against Liverpool last month which saw van Persie instead take the duties on this occasion.
Regarding van Persie taking another spot-kick, van Gaal said: "No, he is now at the end of the road.
"It is always (like that). Wayne has missed also so when you miss you are at the bottom again."
