Man Utd rethink Greenwood sale plans

Manchester United aren't ready to sell Mason Greenwood in the January transfer window.

The Red Devils put out a statement regarding Greenwood in the summer, stating he would be moved on from the club eventually.

However, he only went out on loan to Getafe and could return to the first team squad in the summer.

Per The Sun, Greenwood may be the subject of a winter bid from Getafe, who are so happy with the striker's loan so far.

However, the source adds that with AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Real Madrid circling, United are not jumping into action.

INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe are investing in United by purchasing 25 percent of the club's shares.

The group will be involved in every decision moving forward, including Greenwood.

The source states that United want to take the season to assess the Greenwood situation.
