Manchester United are reportedly interested in AS Roma's Alessandro Florenzi.

Italian website TuttoMercatoWeb is reporting the Red Devils are preparing to table a £24million offer for Florenzi once the summer transfer window opens.

It is understood United face competition from a host of other top European clubs including Barcelona, Arsenal and Inter Milan for the 25-year-old's services.

13-time Italy international Florenzi, who can play as a midfielder or right-back, is under contract at the Stadio Olimpico until 2019.
