Manchester United will make a massive offer of €60 million in the summer to try and prize away Raphael Varane from Real Madrid, according to Diario Gol.

Varane, who has now spent many seasons with Real, is a talented French defender who has been on United's radar for a long time.

The report suggests that Mourinho is a massive fan of Varane, and would do anything to sign him. But convincing Real to sell, especially with Zinedine Zidane as manager, seems unlikely.

Even if Florentino Perez is open to the idea, Zidane is a huge fan of Varane and would not want to lose the player.
