Manchester United are interested in Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres.

United are interested in the Swede, who only left Coventry City for Sporting last summer, reports Correio da Manhã.

It's claimed United are even exploring triggering Gyokeres' €100m buyout clause.

However, Sporting are doing everything for the star to stay, at least until the summer.

Gyokeres has a contract with Sporting until the summer of 2028. They splashed out €20m to prise him away from Coventry last summer.
