Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung believes Sir Alex Ferguson could manage the club "forever". After spending five years at United, Park is acutely aware of how much Ferguson dominates life there.
And the South Korea midfielder feels his boss is so much part of the furniture that he wonders whether Ferguson will ever leave.
"He could be manager forever," he laughed.
"He is a very enthusiastic man, which shows in the way he manages this team.
"The players are determined to show their qualities for him.
"Personally, he has been a big help to me. I have been here five years now and he helped me to adapt to this club.
"He is a good manager and a good person and no-one ever thought he would be retiring."
