Manchester United ordered Romelu Lukaku to take down his social media post showing the players' fitness stats.

The Daily Mail says he was ordered to delete his tweet that revealed confidential sprint stats by Manchester United after the leak infuriated both the club and his team-mates, according to reports.

The Belgium striker, who has endured his fair share of criticism from fans, had posted the times of each player's max speed during training.

However the video unveiled the rest of the player's stats and exposed Luke Shaw as having finished bottom of the pile behind Juan Mata.

While both Mata and Shaw clearly saw the funny side, many of the other players and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer were less than impressed.

The post was swiftly deleted after Lukaku had started an online debate and the report claims he was ordered to take it down.
