Manchester United assistant boss Mike Phelan says there's no concerns over Wayne Rooney's form.
Rooney drew a blank in defeat to Aston Villa after missing last week's Champions League triumph at Wolfsburg.
But Phelan said: "I thought Wayne Rooney's work rate was excellent the whole game. I thought he worked really, really well. I think on a couple of occasions in the second half he was disappointed in himself with the final ball really.
"He could have opened it up on a couple of occasions - he was short on one then he went too long on the other - and that was the difference I think on the day."
