Manchester United and Newcastle United are interested in Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra.
The youngster has managed just 16 appearances for Los Che, but has now attracted approaches from United and Newcastle over the past week.
Guerra penned a new deal earlier this year, which carries a €100m buyout clause.
However, Marca says he can leave for much less, with Valencia willing to sell given their current financial concerns.
Guerra also made his debut for Spain U21 last season.
