Man Utd midfielder Fellaini fit for Everton return

Marouane Fellaini is expected to be fit for Manchester United's visit to Everton this weekend.

The Telegraph says Fellaini is on course to return to Goodison Park after overcoming a calf injury in time to face his former club.

Fellaini, who has endured a torrid time at Old Trafford since completing a £27.5 million transfer from Everton to become David Moyes's first signing as United manager last August, was forced to miss the Champions League quarter-final defeat against Bayern Munich last week as a result of his injury.

However, the Belgium midfielder is now back in training and set to challenge for a place in Moyes's squad for the trip to Merseyside, which could prove crucial to United's hopes of salvaging Europa League qualification from this season.
