Manchester United midfielder Casemiro is happy with his defensive role.
Casemiro was eased into life at his new club but has now been thrown into the line up on a regular basis after a series of commanding defensive performances.
He was often the unsung hero during his time at Real Madrid and the summer signing is happy to play a similar role at United, with a focus on helping the team rather than pursuing his own individual ambitions.
"I think the goals have to come naturally," he told United Review before scoring at Chelsea for Saturday's 1-1 draw. "Everybody knows my work. My role is defensive - to help my team-mates and bring the ball out from the back with quality.
"I defend, first of all, and provide balance to the team. I help my team-mates with defensive work, bring the ball out with quality, that is my job. Of course, a goal here or there is nice but doing my job and defending well comes first."
