The Daily Mail says Everton face a battle to keep hold of Fellaini this summer after Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United expressed interest in the Belgian.

Both Manchester clubs have identified Fellaini as a target, although he is not currently a priority for Sir Alex Ferguson or Roberto Mancini.

There is hardening interest at Chelsea and Real Madrid.
