Malaga striker Ruud van Nistelrooy is delighted seeing two of his former teammates still starring for Manchester United.

The Dutch ace admits he is not surprised by the continued excellence of old team-mates Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs.

He told Inside United: "I'm not really surprised because I know their qualities and I know how they how they look after themselves. They haven't had a lot of injuries so in that sense they have had the luck.

"They are crazy about the game and they love what they do. With the qualities they have, they can carry on for even longer, and that is great to see."
