Man Utd legend Ince: Tevez over Berbatov everytime
Manchester United legend Paul Ince rates Manchester City firebrand Carlos Tevez well ahead of Dimitar Berbatov.
In his column for the News of the World, MK Dons boss Ince wrote: "When it comes to a decision between Tevez and Dimitar Berbatov, as far as I'm concerned, it's not even a contest.
"Tevez is a South American Wayne Rooney, a player who gives everything for the cause, runs himself into the ground and, most importantly, will score important goals.
"Compare him with Berbatov and you can see why a lot of United supporters may be thinking they've got the wrong end of the deal. Only Didier Drogba is in better scoring form than Tevez. Berbatov? Well, he doesn't even seem to be part of Fergie's first-choice line-up for important matches.
"And don't forget, Berbatov cost United £5million MORE than they'd had to have paid for Tevez last summer.
"There's nothing more dangerous than an opponent with a point to prove - and that was Tevez on Tuesday."

berbatov is a great player than tevez. No questions about that. You said it yourself he is not even in a starting line-up or not even on the bench to play. How can you see him performed if Berba is not even playing at all due to injury. Therefore, if you count the time of berba in the pitch which is all short period it is all quality he contributes. It's like hargreaves is not there and you will compare him to Tevez which is you said a threat for ManU.
Great player but poor manager, so doesn't really matter what he thinks only SAF and it's great to say things with hindsight, btw when berba signed everyone loved it an thought it was a genius piece of business
