Manchester United legend Sir Bobby Charlton will be happy when Wayne Rooney breaks his goalscoring record with England.
Charlton will present Rooney with his 100th cap next week.
"This is one of the oldest records in the game and I'm proud to have held it for so long," Charlton told the Mail on Sunday.
"But I'm happy that it's Wayne who will be the one to break it. Not just because he's one of ours at Manchester United. He's a personable lad and always respectful to me. I'm glad the FA have asked me to do this."
