Manchester United full back Luke Shaw is determined to save his Old Trafford career, and he is even willing to put in extra work to sort things out.
United manager Jose Mourinho heavily criticised Shaw following the side's 2-0 win over Brighton in the FA Cup quarter finals.
Shaw started the game but found himself subbed at half time. Reports after the game suggested his United career may be over.
But Shaw is now going through added training sessions at the club's Carrington ground in a bid to improve his fitness and win over the manager before the season ends.
If Shaw cannot get back to the first team picture by May, it is unclear how he would stay at Old Trafford beyond the summer.
