Manchester United can sign Rayo Vallecano fullback Tito for £5 million.
Tito, 26, was watched by United chief scout Martin Ferguson on the weekend against Real Betis.
The defender has welcomed their interest and his buyout clause is set at £5 million. Also on show for Ferguson were Tito's teammates, midfield pair Michu and Lass Bangoura.
