Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster has headed back to the England camp in Watford after having returned to Manchester for the birth of his baby boy.

As there were no complications with the new arrival and his partner was in safe hands, Foster felt sufficiently confident to link back up with Fabio Capello's squad ahead of Saturday's friendly with Slovenia at Wembley.

Although Capello has already stated West Ham's Robert Green will start, Foster could well be introduced for his third cap at some stage in the game.
