Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has had CCTV installed at their Carrington training centre.
The Dutchman has ordered special spy cameras to be installed at United's training ground so he can keep a close eye on his stars, says the Daily Star.
The cameras have been fitted at the Carrington training complex so Van Gaal can monitor his players' performances.
Van Gaal then goes through the video tape with individuals or as a group to point out what they are doing wrong.
A club source said: "The cameras are a technique the new manager believes in and he is convinced it will make the squad train better.
"His attention to detail is remarkable and he isn't prepared to leave anything to chance. So far the players have responded to his methods."
