Manchester United have made a move for AS Monaco defender Axel Disasi.

The Daily Mail says United have held positive talks with Disasi.

The young defender is being tracked by United ahead of the summer market with Monaco rating him in the €50m class.

But there are several clubs interested in the 25-year-old.

United are in the market for a new centre-back with doubts persisting over the futures of Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof.
