Manchester United great Paul Scholes has stated he won't try management again after Oldham Athletic.
Scholes says he found the job all-consuming
He told Sky Sports: "It's hard to describe managing Oldham as a low point. I quite enjoyed it. I loved all the month, I just wanted to give it a go, to see what happened and for the main, I enjoyed it.
"I didn't realise how 24/7 It would be. There was no time to do anything and having kids, Aiden especially, it took attention away from him and it made it difficult.
"You go into bed thinking 'what am I going to do in the morning with training' and then you've got problems all day to deal with. It's your life.
"You've got to be a special kind of person to do it, and for the month that I did it, I enjoyed it, but it took away a lot of the rest of my life, which is why I wouldn't do it again."
