Manchester United fullback Rafael da Silva admits his role in Brazil's Olympics final defeat to Mexico is haunting him.
He was caught in possession for Mexico's first-minute opener, as Brazil suffered a shock 2-1 defeat.
"That was hard to take, and I had a tough time afterwards," he said. "I felt crucified, perhaps unjustly. The mistake was in the early moments of the game, and we had more than enough time to turn things round.
"Of course, we couldn't. It was a lesson I will heed for the rest of my life, because I soon realised I had to keep my chin up in situations like that and be strong.
"That is what I did, and now I am going through a good phase in my career again."
