A Manchester United fan is blocking Manchester City's £100 million development plans.

The Daily Star says City's plans for a new £100m training ground are being blocked - by a United fan.

Shaun O'Brien is refusing to sell the site of his vehicle recovery business, which stands on the land being earmarked for the development.

He is even offering to sell sections of the prized land for £250 each to fellow United supporters in a bid to ruin City's plans.
