Manchester United are contemplating re-signing Memphis Depay from Barcelona next month.

The Red Devils need a forward to improve their squad depth, with Cristiano Ronaldo leaving through a mutual contract termination.

Depay spent 18 months at United when he signed in the summer of 2015.

However, he struggled to make the grade, and was moved on to Lyon.

Per Catalan newspaper Sport, Depay is a serious target for United this winter.

He is affordable, as Barcelona want to move him on, and would fit into the system of boss Erik ten Hag.
