Manchester United have dismissed Twitter claims of manager David Moyes complaining to a fan about the abuse he copped from Everton supporters on Wednesday.
The Daily Star says one fan posted a picture of himself and the ex-Everton boss after meeting him following United's 1-0 shock defeat at Old Trafford - and said Moyes was livid at the reception he had received from travelling Toffees fans.
A club source confirmed Moyes had met the supporter but dismissed his claims that Moyes was fuming at Everton fans.
The fan's Twitter page was closed down yesterday.
