Man Utd dilemma as Inter Milan seek to keep Alexis for Europa League

Inter Milan want to extend the loan of Manchester United attacker Alexis Sanchez into the Europa League.

The Mirror says the Italian giants have reportedly lodged a 'special request' to the Red Devils for a second extension of Sanchez' loan.

The new agreement would allow the Chilean star to see out their Europa League campaign, which will take place in Germany between August 10 and August 21.

They already agreed an extension for the rest of the Serie A season but now the draw has been made for the Europa League they are eyeing another fresh deal.

A new agreement could have a huge impact on United's own European dreams as they could face off against Inter in the final.

Europa League regulations have nothing in place stopping loanees from playing against their parent clubs.
