Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia says he's happy with their busy schedule.

Malacia was back in the starting XI for victory over Aston Villa on Sunday.

He told the club's website: "I like it. That's why I wanted to play in this competition (Premier League) and for a big club.

"That's what you want to do. Play as many matches as possible. So I'm happy to be here."

United have taken great strides under manageer Erik ten Hag. However, Malacia feels there is room for more development.

"There is always work to be done. The manager always demands things from us, so it's important. We have to make sure we play for the Champions League. We have a lot of quality, so the quality is always there, so that's good," he added.
