England defender Harry Maguire's proposed move to West Ham is being held up at present.
The centre half is close to sealing a £30 million transfer to the Hammers for regular game time.
However, Maguire is still haggling over his pay-off from Manchester United for the two remaining years of his contract.
Maguire earns a lot more at United than he will at West Ham, which has led to some issues.
Per The Guardian, Maguire wants a pay-off from United to compensate for the difference between two deals.
If the two parties reach an agreement, United will then go for Benjamin Pavard of Bayern Munich.
