Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof is a bit of a hero in his home town in Sweden.
The centre-half is spending time in Vasteras, which is west of the capital Stockholm.
A report in Aftonbladet claims Lindelof caught a thief who was robbing an elderly woman on the street.
He apparently captured the man and kept him in place until the police arrived.
The police issued a statement saying a man in his thirties had attempted to steal a bike from a woman who was in her nineties.
"A man who was in the vicinity is said to have run after the suspected perpetrator, caught up with him and held him until the police arrived at the scene," the police said.
"The police want to take the opportunity and thank the witness for a quick and wise intervention."
