Manchester United defender Phil Jones says he and Chris Smalling can "click" as a centre-half pairing.
The duo impressed in victory at West Bromwich Albion before Smalling succumbed to a hamstring injury.
"I think the first 'click' I really had was playing in the Under-21s with Chris Smalling at the back. I thought every time we played together, we understood each other's game and we complemented each other well. Hopefully that can kick off at Manchester United as well," Jones told uefa.com.
