Man Utd consider Port Vale whiz as Martial replacement

Manchester United's hunt for a backup centre forward may see them sign a younger player.

The Red Devils are focused on securing a backup to Rasmus Hojlund, who has been given too much responsibility this season.

The Denmark forward is still learning his craft and has netted 13 goals in all competitions this term.

Per the Manchester Evening News, Anthony Martial will leave in the summer when his deal expires.

He will then be replaced by a player who can compete with and deputise for Hojlund.

A big name is unlikely, which is why United are being linked to Port Vale teenager Baylee Dipepa.
