Manchester United coach Benni McCarthy insists the improvement of Marcus Rashford is down to everyone at the club.
McCarthy is the club's attacking coach under manager Erik ten Hag this season.
While he has been credited with bringing out the best in Rashford, McCarthy does not believe he should get all the credit.
"That's not just down to me," McCarthy told iDiski Times.
"We are a team. Like I always have said to everyone 'there's no I in team'. When we do things, we do things as a collective.
"We try and achieve the best that we possibly can. So all the coaches contribute. Everyone has their function in the team to try and just make the team have success and that."
