Manchester United are eager to complete the signing of Andre Onana from Inter Milan.

The Cameroonian shot stopper is a key target for head coach Erik ten Hag this summer.

Having worked with Onana at Ajax, ten Hag believes he would be the ideal no.1 keeper for United.

According to Fabrizio Romano, United have put in a new bid for Onana this week.

Their proposal is valued at £45 million, with another £4.2 million in add-ons related to future performance.

United want to get the deal wrapped up this week to ensure Onana is on the plane for their preseason tour of the United States.
