Tottenham face stiff competition should Porto make Joao Moutinho available.

Incoming Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is keen on Moutinho should he lose Luka Modric this summer.

The Daily Star says Spurs could face a fight for his services with champions ­Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool all interested.

Villas-Boas, though, has a close connection with ­Moutinho, who was a key figure in his ­Porto team when they won the title, ­domestic cup and ­Europa League in 2010-11.
