Manchester United are targeting the Brazilian youth market.
United chief John Murtough is having Palmeiras midfielder Luis Guilherme and Flamengo winger Lorran scouted. Both players are 17 years of age.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports: “Keep an eye on United in South America because they sent scouts, as well as Chelsea, to follow Lorran from Flamengo.
“United scouts were in attendance, but from what I'm hearing there's one more player being monitored.
“This is Luis Guilherme. Someone from United's scouting department is travelling around Brazil to keep an eye on these players.
“Let's see what's going to happen, on Guilherme are more than five important European clubs, from Germany, England, other countries.
“Let's see what United decide to do because they are scouting many players in South America."
