Manchester United captain Gary Neville will not face any action from the FA over his one-finger response to taunts from Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez on Tuesday.
The Daily Mail says Neville learned on Thursday that he would not be charged by the FA for allegedly making a one-fingered gesture to Tevez as his former United team-mate celebrated his first goal in City's 2-1 win.
Surprisingly - given the photographs available - the FA did not feel they had enough evidence to charge Neville.
