Man Utd captain Fernandes fumes: Ref owes us an APOLOGY

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes slammed ref Jon Moss after defeat at Tottenham.

Fernandes was fuming after United were denied a penalty after an apparent hand-ball by Cristian Romero.

He declared: "We should ask him why he didn't award the penalty. The referees should start releasing interviews after matches to explain their decisions. It's a clear penalty, there's no excuse not to see it, there's no excuse for the VAR not to see it.

"Last week they gave a lot of importance to the fact that Wolverhampton didn't have a penalty against us and the referee apologised to their manager in the dressing room," continues the former Udinese and Sampdoria player. "I want to see what happens this week, if it's going to be the same show they did last week."
