Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is angry with the media over reports regarding the future of Victor Valdes.

Valdes is training with United while he regains his fitness from a ligament injury sustained last season with Barcelona.

"OK - then he goes to Liverpool," the Dutchman said, when asked about Liverpool's interest.

"You are suggesting, and it's a big mistake to do that as the media.

"That's why I'm always angry, because you are inventing stories. There are no stories. He is training here, I give him the possibility, and then we shall see."
