Manchester United have held talks with agents for Bayer Leverkusen fullback Jeremie Frimpong.
The Manchester Evening News says United are in discussions with Frimpong's minders.
United manager Erik ten Hag is a fan of the Holland international as he considers the futures of United right-backs Diogo Dalot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Frimpong, 22, moved to Manchester at the age of six and came through Manchester City's academy before joining Celtic in 2019. He moved to Bayer two years later.
The defender has a deal at Bayer to 2025.
