Man Utd boss Solskjaer admits Carrick disagreements

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he's had disagreements with assistant coach Michael Carrick.

Solskjaer has revealed how he leaned on the first-team coach to explain how things went awry after Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement in 2013.

"Of course, we played together and we've got the same experience from Sir Alex but then he's had different managers to me here at this club so he has been a fantastic help in that respect of my integration," explained Solskjaer.

"Michael has a great knowledge of football and gives me some great insight. We have our disagreements. Not all the time because we share the same view of the game in many ways but he will definitely tell me when he thinks I am wrong, and I wouldn't want it any other way. I am not asking for yes men."
