Manchester United boss David Moyes is ready to focus on prising Angel di Maria away from Real Madrid. Moyes was also keen on Sami Khedira, but the Germany midfielder is now out for the season after suffering a serious knee injury.
The Daily Star says news of Khedira's injury is a bitter blow for Moyes, who could now step up his interest in Madrid winger Di Maria.
Moyes is willing to let a number of his midfielders, including Brazil star Anderson, leave the club in his pursuit of new and fresh creative flair.
