Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has no doubts over the hunger of his players after last night's 1-0 victory over Middlesbrough.
He said: "It has been a great year for the club. We've won four trophies, including the Community Shield, and these players will win more because they are young and getting better.
"I think we have a great chance going into the New Year but the important results will come in April and May.
"We have to make up the leeway by winning our two games in hand but if we do that, we will be in the picture. It's going to be a great run-in, really exciting.
"The important thing is to do our own job and we have always done that."
