Man Utd boss Ferguson pushing Fletcher towards coaching career

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is actively pushing Darren Fletcher towards a coaching career.

The Daily Mail says Ferguson has urged the 27-year-old to take his coaching badges — he even flew out to watch Barcelona take on Real Madrid on Wednesday night to continue his education.

Despite doubts over his future, Fletcher has told Ferguson he will be available for pre-season training and expects to be fit for the 2012-13 campaign.
