Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson was in good form with Spanish journalists last night.
The United boss was asked by one about his secret to still be managing at the highest level at the age of 68.
"I can only say you need energy," replied Ferguson.
"You have to live your life the right way and I've always been a saint. Eat the right food, drink the right wine and you'll be OK. And by the way, I'm 93!"
Ferguson was delayed last week for a scouting trip because of industrial action by French air traffic controllers after watching Valencia against Atletico Madrid.
A former shop steward, he was unlikely to complain too much.
"I was involved in a couple of strikes myself," he laughed.
"I'm aware of it and hopefully we'll be able to leave as normal. It's an inconvenience but these things happen."
