Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has no qualms about picking Patrice Evra for the FA Cup fourth-round tie at Liverpool this month.
Evra will run a gauntlet of hate from home fans in the wake of the Luis Suarez race row.
But Fergie said: "He's a popular player with a good personality and you have to have that to be captain of a club like ours. He's a determined lad. I haven't decided on that (picking him), but it wouldn't be a problem."
