PSV Eindhoven midfielder Xavi Simons is being tipped for a move to England this summer.
Simons is being linked with Arsenal and Manchester United.
And fueling the speculation is the decision of Simons to leave agent Rafaela Pimenta for Darren Dein's agency. Dein is the son of former Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein.
De Telegraaf's Jeroen Kapteijns is reporting: “This new agent is a new factor, it has nothing specific to PSV: no long-term relationship or other PSV players under it.
“The fact that Xavi chooses an Englishman indicates that he is interested in leaving for the Premier League, I think. There this Darren Dein has great entrances and especially at Arsenal, given his background. And that is also a writing on the wall. I don't really think all this is very helpful for PSV to close the deal they want now."
