Manchester United and Arsenal are chasing Alemannia Aachen winger Lewis Holtby.

Both United and Arsenal had scouts in the stands on the weekend to see the 18 year-old winger in action against German Second Division rivals Nurnberg.

Holtby, a Germany U19 international, is inside the final 18 months of his current contract, but insists he's happy at Aachen.

Asked about interest from United and Arsenal, he said: "I hope to soon play in the Bundesliga. And of course, I would love to do that with Alemannia."
