Man Utd alerted as Defour Lokomotiv Moscow move stalls

Manchester United are watching Steven Defour's situation at Standard Liege.

The midfielder's agent admits United manager Sir Alex Ferguson had his brother Martin check on Defour in the closing weeks of last season.

Irish sources say United may yet be in the market for Defour, after the Belgian's looming move to Lokomotiv Moscow hit the buffers over the midfielder's fee.

Defour is determined to leave Standard this summer.
