Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand admits his game has changed as he has matured.
Ferdinand believes he is now more defensive than in his early years.
"When I was young," he tells the Sunday Telegraph, "when I came off the pitch as a centre back I would tell my mates about a little piece of skill I had done. Then they would ask what the score was and I would say we lost 3-1.
"Now I am more of a defender first. I get more pleasure from coming out of a game with a clean sheet than anything else. My mindset has totally changed."
